Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 4 sausages
  • 300 ml ketchup (curry)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes and cook in the boiling broth.
  2. Peel and roughly dice the onions. Wash the peppers and also roughly dice.
  3. Cut the sausages into slices and fry them with the oil in a larger saucepan. Add onion and pepper cubes and sauté briefly. Season with paprika powder and curry. Then add the potatoes with the broth and the ketchup. Let it boil again briefly.
