Instructions

  1. Cook the pudding powder with the 1/2 liter of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Then put the finished pudding in dessert glasses so that they are about half full. If you love pudding, you can fill the glasses a little more, but not to the brim.
  3. Spread the chopped fruit on top of the pudding.
  4. Then cook the icing with the 250 ml water and 2 tablespoons sugar according to the instructions on the packet.
  5. Put this on top of the fruit like a cake until the whole fruit is covered.
  6. Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer, until everything is nice and cool.
  7. We like to eat this dessert instead of cake and cake in summer to drink coffee, as it is light, fruity and chilled on hot days just the thing.
  8. Since the fruit is covered airtight by the cake glaze, it can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days and can therefore be prepared perfectly.
