Custard on Strawberries

Ingredients

• 250 g strawberries, four nice ones to keep for decoration
• 500 ml milk
• 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 vanilla pod, scraped pulp

Instructions

1. Wash and halve the strawberries, add lightly sugar and divide them into four dessert bowls.
2. Cook the pudding with the vanilla pulp according to the package instructions and pour over the strawberries so that the strawberries are completely covered. To let it cool down.
3. Garnish each with a lovely strawberry to serve.
