  • 1 leek
  • 4 tablespoon Maggi
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • salt
  • pepper
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil cut noodles, drain and rinse in cold water. Clean the leek and cut it like the ham. Mix with the pasta. Make a marinade from Maggi, herb vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Depending on your taste, possibly sweeten with a little sugar.
