Cute and delicious meat cutlets in the form of truffle sweets. The original look and filling of quail eggs will immediately interest everyone. Such cutlets can be prepared in advance and placed in the oven before the arrival of guests. And such cutlets are perfect for children, as they are baked, not fried, and quail eggs are good for the child’s body.

Ingredients
Minced meat (pork) – 300 g
Quail eggs – 4 pcs.
Bulb onions – 0.5 pcs.
Garlic – 1 clove
Sour cream – 1 tbsp
Dried thyme – 0.5 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Peel and wash the vegetables. You will also need food foil. Turn on the oven.
Chop onion and garlic finely.
Add onion, garlic, thyme, sour cream, salt, and pepper to the minced meat. Stir well and set aside for now.
Cut the foil into squares according to the number of cutlets equal to the number of eggs. The size of the foil squares depends on the size of the patties themselves.
Boil quail eggs hard-boiled (cook for 2 minutes from the moment of boiling) and chill in cold water.
Make a flat cake from minced meat on the foil. Peel the eggs. Put a boiled quail egg in the middle of each meat cake.
Gather the minced meat around the quail egg, forming a truffle-shaped cone.
Wrap the minced meat cutlet with egg in foil. Squeeze the foil at the top of the patty. You will get a candy patty. Thus, form the required number of minced meat cutlets with quail eggs.
Put the cutlets in foil on a baking sheet. Bake cutlets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
