A new and delicious recipe for cutlets with potatoes, tomatoes, and onions, baked in the oven with sour cream sauce! It turns out original, appetizing, and very simple! Cutlets become airy, all vegetables are saturated with meat aroma. In short, delicious lunch for the whole family! It must be cooked!
Ingredients
Minced meat (any) – 500 g
Potatoes – 6-7 pcs.
Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
Bulb onions – 4 pcs.
Sour cream – 250 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Flour for breading – 100 g
Water – 1 glass
Fresh greens – to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
We prepare products. Wash and clean the vegetables. You can take any minced meat.
Let’s start with the preparation of minced meat for cutlets. Chop the onion in any way convenient for you (you can take a blender or finely chop the onion, or grate it).
Combine onion with minced meat, add salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix well – and the minced meat is ready.
From the minced meat obtained, we form small flat cutlets. Dip them lightly in flour – when cooking in the oven, it will help thicken the sauce.
Cut the potatoes into thick slices, the onion and tomatoes into thin slices.
Putting the dish into shape. We cover the cutlet with vegetables, alternate vegetables with each other. We distribute the remaining potatoes and onions in free places.
But the tomatoes that remain are passed through a blender. Mix with sour cream, salt, and pepper a little. Add a glass of water and the filling is ready.
Gently fill the cutlets with vegetables with tomato-sour cream filling.
The pouring does not have to cover everything, all products will still exude juice. We put cutlets with potatoes, tomatoes, and onions in a preheated oven.
We bake cutlets with potatoes in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 60-75 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
When serving, try to grab everything at once – a cutlet with all the vegetables, and do not forget a few spoons of sauce.
