  • 200 g suar

  • 5 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients (250 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 65 g sugar, 1 egg and 125 g butter) quickly and place in a greased springform pan.
  2. Drain the cherries - collect the juice.
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon pudding powder with 5 tablespoon juice. Bring the remaining juice to the boil, add the mixed pudding powder, briefly bring to the boil while stirring. Add cherries.
  4. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and stir into the cherries.
  5. Put the cherry mixture on the dough.
  6. Melt the butter, mix with the quark, sugar, eggs and remaining custard powder. Put the quark mixture on the cherries.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° for about 60 minutes.
  8. Whisk the egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of water, spread it on the cake and bake for another 15-30 minutes.
  9. Let the cake cool down properly in the tin, then remove it from the tin.
