Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 70 g butter
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the topping: (1)

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet pudding powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cup oil

For the topping: (2)

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and place in a greased springform pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients for topping 1 and pour onto the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  3. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and add to the quark mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool down in it.
