Ingredients

  • 4 port. Fish fillet (s) your choice
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • chili
  • some lemon juice
  • 50 g bacon, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Wash the fish and pat dry, drizzle with lemon and season a little (salt and pepper). Wash the zucchini and tomatoes, cut the zucchini into slices and cut the tomatoes in half. Clean and slice the onions, peel and mash the garlic. Mix the onions, tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, feta (dice) and bacon and also season a little with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread out four sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil and place a fish fillet on each. Then spread the vegetable mixture on top and season with chilli. Seal aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  3. We always have tomato rice or just fresh baguette with it.
