Daily Lightly Salted Cucumbers and Zucchini

Fast and tasty !!! Lightly salted cucumbers and zucchini go well with any table!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Cucumber – 1 kg
  • Horseradish leaves – 1 pc.
  • Dill – 3 branches
  • Bay leaf – 3 pcs.
  • Allspice – 5 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 head
  • Salt – 1 tablespoon
  • Water – 1.5 l

Directions

  1.  Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking lightly salted cucumbers with zucchini.
  2. Peel the garlic. At the bottom of a clean three-liter jar, lay a horseradish sheet, dill and garlic.
  3.  Wash zucchini, peel, and seed. We cut into pieces, as you like. (You can use squash instead of squash.)
  4. Put the zucchini on top of the spices.
  5. Wash cucumbers and fill all the remaining space in the jar with them.
  6. Pour water (1.5 l) into a saucepan and let it boil. We put 1 tablespoon. with a slide of salt.
  7. Here we put allspice and bay leaves. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Pour cucumbers with zucchini with this boiling brine. After a day, you can try salted daily cucumbers with zucchini!
