Instructions

  1. Clean the fish fillets, acidify with lemon juice, leave to stand for approx. 15 minutes. Wash the peppers and cut into fine strips. Cut the onions into fine rings. Put the peppers and onions in a pan with a little oil and cook for about 10 minutes. Place the sliced tomatoes in an ovenproof dish. Now place the first fish fillets on the tomato slices and season with Aromat and the paprika paste. Now spread the peppers and onions on top and put the other fish fillets on top. Season again. Let the dish cook in the oven at approx. 180 °.
  2. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
  3. We eat homemade mashed potatoes with it, but it also goes well with white bread or baguette.
  4. Preheat the oven, then cook for about 30-40 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
