Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 200 g ham, leaner, diced
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and spread it smoothly in a flat bowl (preferably made of glass, then you can see the layers). Spread the ham cubes on top.
  2. Quench the eggs and peel them. Chop the eggs, red onion and parsley very finely. Now lay them on top of the ham in the same order (eggs, onion, parsley) in the shell.
  3. Serve for breakfast, brunch or dinner.
