Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry (s), fresh, your choice
  • 8 tablespoon sherry
  • 75 g ladyfiners
  • 250 g sour cream or crème fraíche
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 300 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.25 tablespoon ¼ powdered sugar
  • Lemon balm, to decorate

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and stone the cherries. Drizzle with sherry. Crumble the ladyfingers.
  2. Whip the sour cream until creamy, pouring in the vanilla sugar and sugar. Add yogurt and stir in. Layer the ladyfingers with cherries and cream in 4 dessert glasses. Mix cocoa with powdered sugar and dust the cream with it. Serve garnished with lemon balm.
