Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 glasses morello cherries
  • 750 ml milk
  • 2 packs custard powder
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 200 g cake icin (chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix sifted flour with baking powder and fold in.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute 2/3 of the dough evenly on it. Mix the remaining dough with the cocoa and spread on the light dough. Spread the drained morello cherries on the dough and press lightly.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  4. Boil milk with custard powder and sugar as instructed and allow to cool. Stir the butter until foamy and add the cooled vanilla pudding, tablespoon at a time. Spread the mixture on the cooled cake and cover with the chocolate icing.
