Ingredients

  • 1 cube fresh yeast
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 400 g spelled flour type 1050 (whole rain)
  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • 80 g flaxseed
  • 80 g sesame seeds
  • 80 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon fruit vinegar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons iodized salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add whole spelled flour, whole wheat flour, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, vinegar and salt and stir everything well. Pour the dough into a loaf pan (approx. 30 cm) lined with baking paper and place on the middle rail of the cold oven.
  2. After 15 minutes, heat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (gas: level 3, convection 180 ° C) and bake the bread for about 1 hour.
  3. Turn out onto a rack immediately after baking.
