  • 1 gr. Can (s) green beans (850 ml), drained well
  • 300 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper, whiter from the mill
  • 2 onion (s), very finely diced
  • Smoked salt
  • Vinegar (garlic vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream, white wine vinegar and onions, season with salt and pepper and then fold in the beans. Let everything steep for at least 4 hours, then season with smoked salt and garlic vinegar.
  2. The recipe is suitable for all hearty dishes. It tastes best with fried potatoes and sausages or with roast pork and dumplings.
