Ingredients

For the pre-dough:

  • 150 g flour (Gofio de mezcla Millo y Trio)
  • 10 g yeast
  • 230 g water, lukewarm

For the dough:

  • 350 g wheat flour type 550
  • 140 g water, lukewarm
  • Dissolve 10 g yeast in the water
  • 10 g salt
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Process the ingredients for the pre-dough into a smooth dough and let stand covered for 30 minutes.
  2. For the main dough, knead all the ingredients with the pre-dough well with the spiral mixer of the food processor for 10 minutes on level two.
