Ingredients
Fillet of lightly salted red fish – 100 g
Eggs (boiled) – 2 pcs.
Hard cheese – 100 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 6 tbsp
Directions
Cut lightly salted salmon or trout into small cubes.
Separate the yolks from the whites and three of them on a fine grater.
Grind hard cheese with a grater.
Cut the tomato into small cubes. You can use cherry tomatoes instead of regular tomatoes.
Now lay out the salad in layers. I did it in portions and only in two portions. But it is better to make it immediately larger and in a common dish. We spread lettuce leaves. Put the fish on top.
Put grated protein on the fish and make a net of mayonnaise.
Put the grated cheese on the next layer.
Next, spread the egg yolk. And again a mesh of mayonnaise.
