- Melt the butter.
- Beat the butter and sugar until white.
- Add the egg.
- And continue whipping.
- Pour in milk, vanillin (or vanilla essence). Mix everything thoroughly.
- Add flour and baking powder, mix everything again. The dough is ready.
- Grease the mold with oil.
- Pour the dough into it.
- Place the mold in the microwave.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes at 50-60% power.
- Let stand for 10 minutes. Vanilla cupcake is ready.
