I want to share my recipe for borscht. A hearty and tasty dish.

Ingredients
Chicken meat – 700 g
Potatoes – 600 g
Cabbage
Carrots – 3-4 pcs.
Beets – 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
Garlic
Tomato paste – 3 tablespoons
Water
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Salt
Pepper
Spice
Bay leaf
Greens
Vegetable oil
Directions
Let’s prepare a roast for borscht. Put chopped beets, carrots, and chopped garlic in a frying pan with vegetable oil. As well as bell peppers and onions. And a tomato.
Add some water to the tomato paste, stir. Add sugar and a little salt, pour over vegetables. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
We send frying to the saucepan, add spices.
At the very end of cooking, we send cabbage, bay leaves, and herbs to the saucepan. Cover the pan with a lid and turn off the stove. This will make the cabbage crisp.
Season with sour cream or mayonnaise before serving. Enjoy your meal!
