Ingredients
Cabbage – 500 Grams
Sweet pepper – 1 Piece
Carrots – 1 Piece
Tomato – 1-2 Pieces
Vegetable oil – 3-4 Art. spoons
Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Ground allspice – To taste
Fresh herbs – To taste
Directions
Remove the cabbage from the top coarse leaves, remove the stalk, chop.
Rub lightly with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Peel and grate the carrots.
Wash the pepper and cut into thin strips.
Tomatoes – cubed. If the tomatoes are very juicy, then I take out half of the pulp (then use it to prepare other dishes), but you can not.
Peel and chop the garlic with a knife.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and mix it with salt, pepper and vegetable oil.
Wash, dry and chop greens.
Transfer all ingredients to a salad bowl, pour over the dressing and stir. Refrigerate and serve.
