Delicious Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • Cabbage – 500 Grams
  • Sweet pepper – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 1-2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 3-4 Art. spoons
  • Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground allspice – To taste
  • Fresh herbs – To taste

Directions

  1. Remove the cabbage from the top coarse leaves, remove the stalk, chop.
  2. Rub lightly with sugar and a pinch of salt.
  3. Peel and grate the carrots.
  4. Wash the pepper and cut into thin strips.
  5. Tomatoes – cubed. If the tomatoes are very juicy, then I take out half of the pulp (then use it to prepare other dishes), but you can not.
  6. Peel and chop the garlic with a knife.
  7. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and mix it with salt, pepper and vegetable oil.
  8. Wash, dry and chop greens.
  9. Transfer all ingredients to a salad bowl, pour over the dressing and stir. Refrigerate and serve.
