Delicious Chocolate Fondant

Fondant is a delicious dessert. When you cut it, a chocolate filling flows out of it.

- We send chocolate and butter to a heat-resistant container. Melt in the microwave or in a water bath.
- Beat the eggs with a mixer until thick foam. Then, without stopping whipping, gradually add sugar. Beat until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the cooled chocolate into the egg mixture. We mix.
- Add flour.
- Stir. The dough should come out without lumps and not very liquid.
- Put the dough in an ice mold and send it to the freezer until it solidifies.
- Ceramic or clay molds, in which we will bake the fondant, grease with butter, and crush with cocoa powder.
- Fill in the forms with dough and put 1-2 chocolate pieces down.
- Spread the dough on top and send the chocolate fondants to the hot oven. We bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- The chocolate fondant is ready, the inside of the dessert should remain moist.
- Sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
- Decorate the chocolate fondant with mint.
