Ingredients- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 250 g cream quark
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar

- Boil a vanilla pudding with the milk and put it in the cold, it has to be really cold!
- Mix the cream quark with the sugar. Whip the cream very firm and add the vanilla sugar. Stir the quark into the pudding and fold in the stiff cream.
- Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
