• 0.5 liter ½ milk
• 250 g cream quark
• 1 cup sweet cream
• 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Boil a vanilla pudding with the milk and put it in the cold, it has to be really cold!
2. Mix the cream quark with the sugar. Whip the cream very firm and add the vanilla sugar. Stir the quark into the pudding and fold in the stiff cream.
3. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
