- 100 g yourt, 3.5%
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salad herbs
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 sage leaf
- 1 leaf mint
- 1 teaspoon, heaped chives
- 1 pinch (s) salt
