Ingredients

  • 100 g reen spelled
  • 100 g potato (s)
  • 100 g soup veetables, chopped up
  • 0.5 ½ small onion (s)
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 100 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 550 ml vegetable stock
  • possibly mashed potatoes powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the green spelled with the vegetable stock for 20 minutes and then let it soak for at least 5 hours.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes and cook with the green spelled until soft. Add the soup vegetables and cook until soft. Peel off the garlic clove and onion, chop and fry in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add to the stew.
  3. Finally stir in the sour cream (if the stew is too thin, add a little mashed potato powder). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
