Instructions

1. Peel the avocado and mash it in a bowl with a fork. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Chop or press the garlic into small pieces. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Dice the tomato and stir in.
2. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 days, covered with foil.
3. Tastes very good as a dip with vegetables or bread.
