Ingredients

  • 120 g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder, 37 g
  • 50 g hazelnuts, rated
  • 150 g banana (s)
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped flaxseed, crushed
  • 150 ml mineral water
  • sweetener, for about 100 g sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, custard powder, hazelnuts and baking powder in a bowl. In a second bowl, mix the well mashed banana with the flaxseed, the sweetener and a dash of mineral water and let it soak for a moment. Then mix the banana mix with the flour mix and the mineral water. If the consistency of the dough is too firm, simply add a little more mineral water until the dough is smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into nine muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, until the muffins turn a light golden color.
