- 500 g spahetti
- 600 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 red pepper (s), finely chopped
- 2 small onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 200 ml cream
- milk
- 100 g cheese, rated
- Pepper salt
- possibly oregano

- Cook the spaghetti al dente (not too long, cook a little more). Put the mince in the hot pan, press apart with the pan lifter. Chop the onions and peppers into small pieces. When the mince is half done, season it with salt and pepper. Add onions and peppers and squeeze 2 of the 3 garlic cloves directly into the pan. Fry everything together on a moderate, but hot, setting until lightly brown.
- Put the hollandaise sauce in a bowl, add the cream and a little milk so that it becomes more liquid but still creamy. Press the last clove of garlic into the baking dish and rub it out with it. Put the spaghetti, mince and sauce together in the mold and stir a little so that the sauce is everywhere. Sprinkle cheese on it, add a little oregano to the cheese depending on your taste. Bake the whole thing in the 200 ° C oven for about 20 minutes, but watch out so that the casserole doesn`t get too dark.
