Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 red pepper (s), finely chopped
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 200 ml cream
  • milk
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • Pepper salt
  • possibly oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente (not too long, cook a little more). Put the mince in the hot pan, press apart with the pan lifter. Chop the onions and peppers into small pieces. When the mince is half done, season it with salt and pepper. Add onions and peppers and squeeze 2 of the 3 garlic cloves directly into the pan. Bake the whole thing in the 200 ° C oven for about 20 minutes, but watch out so that the casserole doesn`t get too dark.
