  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cut a sheet of baking paper so that the chop can be completely wrapped. Put the chop on top, season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the vegetables and distribute them on the chop, pour the butter on top.
  2. Wrap with the baking paper so that nothing can leak out. Then tie crosswise with kitchen thread. Place on a baking sheet in the preheated oven. Cook at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  3. When the cooking time is over, open the packet and arrange the chops with the vegetables on a plate. Pour the juice over it as a sauce. Mashed potatoes go well as a side dish.
