Ingredients
- 400 g minced meat (mixed)
- 250 g pasta (penne)
- 250 g cheese, Gouda (rated)
- 200 g whipped cream
- 100 g ham, ham back cooked
- 150 ml red wine, semi-dry, fruity, e.g. Dornfelder
- 1 small Glass mushrooms
- 1 small onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- Oil or frying fat
- Salt and pepper and paprika seasoning

- Peel the onion, cut into cubes and sauté in the pan. Also dice the ham and sauté briefly. Add the minced meat, crumble and season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Then sear them sharply. Add the mushrooms and tomato paste. Carefully pour in the red wine to deglaze. Stir well and finally add the cream.
- Boil the pasta and place in a large (!!) ovenproof pan. Spread the contents of the other pan over the pasta and sprinkle with Gouda cheese.
- Bake this pan in the (preheated) oven on the middle rack at approx. 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
- In addition, salad (iceberg, tomato and cucumber) with French dressing and the opened red wine tastes good.
