  • 1 cup sweet cream

Instructions

  1. First we put some olive oil in the pan, and don`t let it get too hot, because the olive oil quickly develops bitter substances that distort the taste. Then add the mince and crumble something.
  2. Dice the celery and place in a second pan with olive oil, dice 1 carrot and add it as well. Let the vegetables fry for 15 minutes so that they become soft, then cut the onions and add them.
  3. As soon as the minced meat is dark brown and crumbled well, add the vegetables. At the same time, cook the pasta in salted water. Deglaze the minced meat and vegetables with 1/8 l red wine. Add the pelati and cook a little, then pour in the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil, add the cooked pasta, pour the minced meat sauce over it so that all areas are covered. Now distribute the mozzarella slices evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the middle rack until the cheese has reached the desired melting point.
