Ingredients
Peanut Butter – 0.5 Cups
Sugar – 0.5 cups
Egg – 1 Piece
Vanilla – 1 Pinch
Directions
Beat an egg at room temperature until frothy
Add sugar, beat with a mixer.
When the egg has lightened and increased in volume, add the peanut oil and vanilla essence or vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts. Add chocolate chips or droplets to one at once.
Cut fresh peanuts (although you can even salty) with a knife or chop in a blender, as you like.
Add to the second half of the pasta.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put future cookies on it. Use two tablespoons to form a ball, then press down on both sides with a fork.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Allow the cooked liver to cool for a crispy crust.
