- 700 g pumpkin (se), (Hokkaido)
- 400 g minced beef
- 500 g feta cheese
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 large onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Peel the Hokkaido, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Dice the feta and peppers as well. Put everything in a bowl and mix well. This mass is not seasoned because the feta has a lot of flavor.
- Then cut the onion and sauté in a pan. When the onions are translucent, add the ground beef and fry well. Season generously with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Then mix the ground beef with the pumpkin mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cook at 180 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
