• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
• 6 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon peanut oil
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
• 1 dash lemon juice
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Put all the ingredients in a tall, narrow container and beat with a hand blender. Keeps in a sealed container in the refrigerator for at least 2 - 3 weeks.
2. The dressing goes perfectly with all leaf salads.
