Ingredients

  • 1 meat sausage (poultry)
  • 1 pair sausages (e.g. Cabanossi)
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s) (pizza tomato)
  • possibly sauce thickener
  • possibly pepper
  • possibly curry powder
  • possibly paprika powder
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the poultry sausage into large cubes and the cabanossi into slices. Quarter the mushrooms, also dice the onion and bell pepper.
  2. First fry the sausage in the pan and season with pepper, curry powder, paprika powder and a little garlic as desired. Add the onions and peppers, then add the mushrooms. When the vegetables are lightly steamed, add the pizza tomatoes. Bring to a boil. If necessary thicken with a little sauce thickener.
  3. All kinds of pasta, but also bread dumplings, taste great with it.
