Delicious Scallop Ceviche

Try making a delicious scallop ceviche.

Ingredients

  • 250-300 g of fresh sea scallops;
  • two lemons;
  • two tbsp soy sauce;
  • two or three cloves of garlic;
  • several bunches of cilantro;
  • a small piece of fresh ginger;
  • two tbsp grape oil (can be replaced with another);
  • ground pepper;
  • salt.

Directions

  1. Squeeze the juice from two lemons, immediately mix it with grape oil and soy sauce.
  2. Chop the garlic in any way, wash and chop the cilantro, grate the ginger.
  3. Add these ingredients to the liquid mixture by adding ground pepper and salt.
  4. Cut the scallops, preferably across the muscle fibers, fill with the prepared marinade and leave for about fifteen minutes.
  5. You can serve seafood directly with the dressing, as it will give the appetizer freshness and piquancy, transforming and diversifying the taste.
