Ingredients

  • 6 large mushrooms

For the filling:

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green, diced into small pieces
  • 1 onion (s), diced into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, hot or medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled black pepper from the mill
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt and pepper
  • some paprika, hot
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ pack feta cheese

Instructions

  1. If necessary, clean the mushrooms (with paper towels or a brush). Carefully break out the stems and place in a small pan or saucepan with butter. Place the mushroom heads in the baking dish.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C top and bottom heat (or 150 ° C convection).
  3. Filling:
  4. Mix the minced meat with the rest of the ingredients (except for the feta) and cook briefly in the saucepan. This has the advantage that you can cook the mushrooms in the oven at a lower temperature. Then fill the minced meat mixture into the mushroom heads and spread the feta strips on top. If you prefer the feta to be soft, you should put aluminum foil over the pan. The mushrooms take about 20-25 minutes in the oven.
