Delicious Waffles

The taste familiar from childhood is waffle rolls cooked in an electric waffle iron. The waffles from the dough with wheat flour turned out to be excellent.

Cook: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Eggs (large) – 3 pcs.
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Baking wheat flour “Ryazanochka” of the highest grade – 150 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Vanillin – 1 pinch
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Put the saucepan with butter on low heat. Melt the butter without bringing it to a boil.
  2. While the butter is melting, break eggs into a bowl, add vanillin, salt, and sugar.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer until frothy and sugar are completely dissolved.
  4. Pour melted butter into a bowl of beaten eggs. Add sifted Ryazanochka premium wheat flour.
  5. Stir the dough at low speed of the mixer so that not a lump of flour remains.
  6. Preheat your electric waffle iron well. Pour a small amount of dough onto the bottom of the waffle iron.
  7. Close the waffle iron and bake the waffle for about 2 minutes, until golden brown. Focus on your waffle iron – it may take less time for the waffles to be ready.
  8. Remove the baked waffle and immediately, while it is hot, quickly roll up a cone or tube. You won’t be able to roll the cooled wafer! In this way, bake all the waffles.
  9. Wafer rolls can be filled with cream of butter and condensed milk, or just boiled condensed milk. Or you can eat crispy waffles just like that, with aromatic tea.
