A simpler version of the Broken Glass jelly dessert. Only sour cream jelly is being prepared, and marmalade and candied fruits are used as colored “fragments”.
Ingredients
Sour cream – 0.5 l
Cookies (jubilee or other sugar) – 3-4 pcs.
Marmalade (multi-colored) – 100-200 g (to taste)
Candied fruits (multicolored) – about 100 g (to taste)
Gelatin – 20 g
Water – 0.25 cups
Sugar – 0.75-1 glass
Round cookies (for the base of the dessert) – by the number of molds
Directions
Pour gelatin into a saucepan, add water. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Cut candied fruits into small pieces.
Cut the marmalade into cubes.
Cut the cookies into squares.
Mix sour cream with sugar.
Beat the sour cream with a mixer.
Put a saucepan with swollen gelatin on very low heat and heat to dissolve the gelatin. Do not bring to a boil!
Pour marmalade and candied fruits into sour cream. Mix.
Also, add cookies. Stir again.
Completely dissolved gelatin in a thin stream, stirring continuously, pour into sour cream.
Pour the resulting mass into molds.
Place round cookies on top of each dessert. Put the Broken Glass dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours (for the jelly to freeze).
