Dessert “Flower in a Pot” of Chocolate Chip Cookies and Cheese Cream Instructions

  1. We make a glass of dark chocolate: melt the chocolate in a water bath or pulses in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Mix well after each heating. Keep paper cups in the refrigerator before filling. Cover a paper cup with a volume of 200 ml from the inside with a dense and even layer of chocolate. It is convenient to do this with a brush. We put the glass in the freezer until the chocolate solidifies.
  2. We repeat the procedure for applying chocolate one more time (or two, if necessary) so that the glass is durable and does not break when removed. We leave the glass in the refrigerator for several hours.
Carefully remove the chocolate cup from the paper one.
  3. For the filling, cream cheese, cookie cream, powdered sugar, and sour cream, punch through with a mixer until airy. If you have cookies without filling, add more powdered sugar. Grind the cookies into crumbs.
  4. Putting the dessert: layout the cream, sandwich it with fruits or berries (I have a banana and strawberry, cut into pieces). You can make a layer of shredded cookies.
  5. Sprinkle generously with chopped cookies on top, imitating the earth. Decorate with fresh flowers or a sprig of mint or basil.

Dessert “Flower in a Pot” – very effective!
