Dessert Jelly

For the strawberry jelly:

  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Strawberries – 200 grams
  • Sugar to taste
  • Gelatin – 40 grams

For the coffee jelly:

  • Coffee – 1.5 tablespoon.
  • Water – 300 ml
  • Sugar to taste
  • Gelatin – 40 grams

For the sour cream jelly:

  • Sour cream – 400 ml
  • Sugar to taste
  • Gelatin – 40 grams
  • For decoration:
  • Dark chocolate

How to make dessert jelly:

Directions

  1. Pour milk into a blender, add sugar, vanillin, and washed strawberries. And also add gelatin, which is diluted with warm water, and knead until smooth.
  2. Place the blender bowl on the device’s power supply and whisk the strawberry-milk mass. Then we will pour it into any shape and send it to freeze in the refrigerator.
  3. Getting started with coffee jelly. Put water on the stove, add sugar and coffee. Boil and remove from heat. Let the coffee cool to room temperature, and then pour the diluted gelatin into it and mix.
  4. Pour coffee jelly into any shape and send it to freeze in the refrigerator.
  5. Spread the frozen strawberry and coffee jelly evenly in portioned dishes.
  6. We take sour cream. Put it in a blender bowl, add sugar, pour in diluted gelatin (according to the same principle), and beat until the mass doubles.
  7. Pour the sour cream jelly over the strawberry and coffee jelly, then send the dessert jelly to freeze in the refrigerator. Decorate the dessert jelly with grated chocolate.
