I propose to prepare a low-calorie dessert – jelly with kiwi and yogurt, in grape juice. The treat prepares very quickly, looks spectacular and, moreover, tastes very cool!
Ingredients
Kiwi – 200 g
Yogurt – 120 g
Grape juice – 500 ml
Gelatin – 50 g
Directions
Pour 50 g of gelatin with one glass of grape juice and let it swell. Bring another glass of juice to a boil. Then remove the swollen gelatin from the stove and dissolve it.
Slice the kiwi. We put glasses at an angle of 45 degrees on ice, put kiwi in them, pour half of the juice with gelatin and put in the refrigerator.
When it hardens, put the glasses straight, pour another part of the juice with gelatin mixed with yogurt into them. Put the jelly with kiwi and yogurt to freeze. Let’s decorate the kiwi dessert.
