Dessert Salad of Melon and Avocado

This dessert salad is prepared in just a couple of minutes. The salad is not only tasty and juicy – thanks to the melon and berries, but also hearty – thanks to avocados and pine nuts.

Ingredients
- Avocado – 0.5 pcs.
- Melon – 4 slices
- Pine nuts – 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt – 50 ml
- Blackberries – 5-6 berries
- Dried basil – 1 pinch
- Fresh basil – 3-4 leaves
Directions
- Peel the melon and cut it into slices, then cut each slice in half.
- We spread the pieces of melon on a dish at random.
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut the avocado into thin strips.
- Place the avocado strips on the melon platter. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice immediately so that it does not darken.
- Pour yogurt over the salad. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts and dried basil.
- Decorate the salad with fresh basil and blackberries.
- Dessert melon and avocado salad are ready!
