Dessert “Strawberry Clouds” is very similar to marshmallows, even softer, it just melts in your mouth! Incredibly airy, delicate, springy dessert. Cook and enjoy!

Ingredients
Strawberry – 200 g
Powdered sugar – 150 g
Instant gelatin – 15 g
Lemon (juice) – 1/2 pc.
Directions
Wash the strawberries, remove the tails and use a blender to grind into a homogeneous puree. Pour in the gelatin and let it swell for 15 minutes. Squeeze out the lemon juice, gently so as not to hit the seeds. Add it along with powdered sugar to the strawberry-gelatin mass, mix thoroughly and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Then it should be beaten with a mixer for 5-7 minutes at maximum speed – the mass should significantly increase in volume, thicken and lighten. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, put the strawberry mass on it, smooth and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, until it solidifies. When the mass has solidified, cut into cubes. Roll in powdered sugar.
