  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Black currant – 150 g + for decoration
  • Sugar – 250 g
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Chocolate cookies – 100 g
  • Gelatin – 15 g
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Poppy – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 80 ml
  • Fresh mint for serving (optional) – a few leaves

  1. Put the cookies in a blender bowl and grind them into crumbs.
  2. Carefully, using a fine grater, remove the zest from the lemon, without touching the white part.
  3. Mix milk with sugar and heat, but do not boil.
  4. Pour over instant gelatin with water, leave for 5 minutes to swell. Then heat to 70 degrees until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour the gelatin into the milk-sugar mixture, stir.
  6. In a blender, mix 150 g of cottage cheese with lemon zest and poppy seeds.
  7. Add half of the milk mixture and beat until smooth.

  8. To prepare the berry layer, put the currants, the remaining half of the cottage cheese, and milk mixture in a blender bowl.
  9. Beat everything well.
  10. At the bottom of the glasses (mine – 250 ml) put 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of cookies.

  11. Put a layer of cottage cheese with poppy seeds on top of the cookies. Then – the berry layer. Next is a layer of cookies again. In the end, layout the curd-poppy and berry layers. The specified amount of ingredients was enough for me for 3 glasses.
  12. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours.
