- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen or frozen fruit mix
- 100 g merinue

- Chop up the meringues. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Spread half of the meringue on a large, flat serving bowl and spread the fresh or frozen fruit on top. Spread the cream on top and sprinkle the rest of the meringue on top.
- The dessert tastes like an ice cream with frozen fruits and is not too sweet!
