Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix the butter, sugar and egg yolks together until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift over the egg foam. Add cocoa, yoghurt and milk and stir everything together. Finally, carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
  3. Bake in a greased loaf pan at approx. 175 ° C for 50 minutes.
  4. After cooling, decorate as desired: powdered sugar, chocolate icing with sugar sprinkles
  5. Tip 1: I sometimes double the amount of ingredients and then spread the dough on a baking sheet. Baking time then only 30 minutes.
  6. Tip 2: The simple amount of ingredients also makes 12 muffins.
