Ingredients

  • 6 slices pork loin (s), approx. 1-1.5 cm thick
  • 200 ml ketchup
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 6 slices toast
  • 1 dash cream, condensed milk can also be used as a substitute
  • little fat, for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, cream and paprika powder until you have a homogeneous sauce. Then fry the pork loin in a little fat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Toast the toast in the toaster until golden.
  2. Place the fried pork loin on the toast and pour about 3-4 tablespoons of sauce over it.
