  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 100 g mushrooms, cut into leaves
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Make a breading from eggs, peas, mushrooms, parsley and the grated cheese. Do not beat the eggs too much, just stir with a fork.
  2. Beat the schnitzel lightly and cut lightly on the edges. Season with salt and pepper, dip in the flour and coat with the breading. Fry the schnitzel while floating in the oil.
  3. Leaf lettuce is perfect as a side dish.
